New D2L Brightspace user?
All new users receive an automated email from system-noreply@cpapd.brightspace.com with instructions on how to complete a user profile and access the platform. Please check your junk folder if you do not see an email in your inbox.
Your username is the same as your preferred email address. It most cases, it will be the email you used to log into the CPA store to purchase products.
Language settings
Once you have logged in, use the “Language Select” widget on the D2L Brightspace homepage to toggle the system to English or French.

Frequently asked questions
You will need to reset your password. Select “Forgot your password?” below the user credentials login box and enter your username to start the password reset process.
Your username is the same as your preferred email address. In most cases, it is the same email address you used to log in into the CPA store to complete your purchase. If you are unable to determine your username, please contact the CPA Canada Support Helpdesk.
